I’ve always been caught between two worlds—business and creativity. My dad is a businessman, my mom is an artist, and somehow, I got both sides.
I first studied Industrial Engineering in the U.S., but it didn’t feel right. So, I switched to Digital Marketing in Chicago, and that clicked. After working in marketing and business for a while, I found myself managing operations at O’Resh Supermarket.
At one point, we needed a mobile app for delivery and loyalty. When the software company presented their designs, something felt off. So, I opened the Figma file, tweaked the icons and colors, and suddenly, it just worked. It was a one-time thing, and I moved on—but the feeling of creating something digital stuck with me.
Two years ago, I was still deep in marketing, but UI/UX wouldn’t leave my head. One day, I called the CEO of Zerotech and straight-up told him: "I don’t know anything about UI/UX, but I can learn, and I can do it." He was crazy enough to hire me. Now, two years later, I’m the Lead UI/UX Designer.
Looking back, everything—marketing, engineering, painting, business—somehow led me here.
